Clubhouse and Facilities Rental

We rent our facilities to organizations, corporations, other non-profits, youth programs, religious groups, other horse clubs, weddings, and individual members celebrating birthdays or other family events.

The Clubhouse (hall):

Full kitchen, full dining hall (max. seated capacity 100 persons), bathrooms, bar lounge area, large outdoor barbeque pit. Direct access to pool patio.

Our Pool Patio:
Large recreational swimming pool, horse-shoe pit, picnic tables, showers and a great view!

Arenas and Round Pen:

2 large, fenced arenas with water access. Both arenas have sand footing and are lighted for nighttime use. Our round pen is secluded enough to where it can be a less distracting area to warm up or lunge your horse.

Camping Area with stalls:

8 covered and 18 uncovered visitor stalls, ample camping space for large campers, trucks and trailers (no hook-ups), round pen, access to water for horses, pool/shower use at Clubhouse is included. (Not available during rainy season.)

Rental Rates (Per Day)

Clubhouse

 

Member (Family Events-immediate family only)                $ 200* per day

Non-member                                                                               $ 800  per day

Equine Related Organization                                                   $ 500  per day

* To qualify for "Member" rates, you need to have been a member in good standing for at least six months OR apply for club membership and pay six months dues in advance

 

Would you like your event catered?

Ask about our famous Santa Maria style barbecue.

We serve seared tri-tip and seasoned chicken breasts along with baked potatoes, green beans, fresh green salad, and dinner rolls. We are happy to work with you on a menu to suit your needs.

 

Tie-Stalls/Camping   (Available to members, guests of members, and horse organization groups)

Member                                                       No Charge** 

Guest of Member/non-member             $20 per night per horse/person** and $5/night per accompanying non-riders

              **ALL manure must be packed out off site due to fly abatement practices on premises (Simplifly)
